Hubballi Bicycle Club, in association with District Administration, Zilla Panchayat, Social Welfare Department, Dharwad, Education Department, District Youth Empowerment & Sports, Dharwad and Other Cycling Clubs invites you to join a special awareness ride. Let’s come together to spread the message of the importance of voting and also promote a greener city.
