About The Event
We take you to beautiful viewpoints around Hubballi on a 25km ride. Registration is free & delicious breakfast is complimentary. The purpose behind this ride is to invoke the novice cyclist in you. The ride culminates at a farm house or viewpoint. We celebrate birthdays of cyclists who have their birthday in this month by cutting cake. We distribute prizes for highest performing cyclist of the previous month based on data submitted on our website. Experienced cyclists share their knowledge with novice cyclists. We also have knowledge series where we have a motivational speaker. If you want to participate in the FSOM cyclist of the month, you need to follow the guidelines given below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
There are 2 categories henceforth for monthly prizes
Amateur category is for riders who ride between 300km to 750Km in one month.
The cyclist should complete minimum 300 KMS in one month.
More he/she rides, better are chances to be in top 3 spot of Amateur category for that month.
If you ride more than 750kms, you will be classified as PRO
Brevet ride or any single ride above 30 KM will be counted as one ride of 30KM only for amateurs.
Participation in FSOM compulsory for Amateur riders
If a cyclist becomes a PRO rider, he/she is always a pro rider and can never be counted in amateur category
Pro Category is for cyclists who ride above 750km in one month
NO 30Km CAP for PRO RIDERS. All kms will be counted irrespective it being brevet or long rides for any number of rides in a day
The data has to be compulsorily recorded in strava
Top 3 cyclists in each category will be awarded
RANK & RADHE Ride participation is compulsory for PRO riders
Manual rides not counted for calculations.
The cyclist will have to submit their claim for the prize to the treasurer for verification through online link
Only claims which have been submitted will be valid.
The cyclist should be a member of HBC.
The results will be declared and prizes will be given in the next month FSOM.
Guidelines:
• Participants must follow and adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown social distancing public gathering etc. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible for actions or the consequences arising out of participant’s failure to follow any such guidelines/GR.
• Do not participate if you have any medical disabilities. Event organizers/promoters are not responsible for your health and safety.
• Event promoters will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/ error in activity data collected from the suggested apps/method of auto integration or failure to receive activity data from the suggested apps from the participant for any reason.
