Cyclotsava - Festival of Cycling

Welcome one and all for the most awaited & prominant event of Hubballi Bicycle Club on 

24th January 2021 at KLE IT 2, Gokul Road, Hubli.

We have organised 2 events on that particular day along with other award distribution ceremony.

Cyclotsava Mini Fleche - Group of 3 people riding 111 KMs starting from the same location and finishing at Cyclotsava Event Venue within specified time frame of 8 hours.

Riders can choose their own route but all the 3 riders must start from single start point and Team Name should be specifed.

Cyclotsava City Ride - We are conducting a City Ride in Hubballi for about 20km and after the event breakfast is provided. The interesting part is participation Medal is also being given in the Cyclostava Event Venue and E Certificate will be sent to your registered Whatsapp number.

Start Point   : Tolankere View Point, Ravi Nagar, Hubli

Reporting Time: 6.00 am 

Start Time    : 6.30 am Flag Off 

End Point     : KLE IT 2, Gokul Road, Hubli

Guidelines:

• Participants must follow and adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown social distancing public gathering etc. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible for actions or the consequences arising out of participant’s failure to follow any such guidelines/GR.

• Do not participate if you have any medical conditions. Event organizers/promoters are not responsible for your health and safety.

• Event promoters will not be held responsible for any discrepancy/ error in activity data collected from the suggested apps/method of auto integration or failure to receive activity data from the suggested apps from the participant for any reason.

• All the participants must go in a single line and no racing and overtaking.
