Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

In continuation to the message/notification posted here on 11th July, you are all cordially invited for the *Annual General Meeting of Hubbali Bicycle Club to be held at Oaks 2.0 on August 4th,2024 Morning 8:00 AM , to consider the agenda items given here below . All the members are requested to attend the meeting.

Agenda:

1. To confirm the proceedings of last Annual General Meeting

2. To receive Secretary’s Report

3. To consider and adopt the audited accounts of the club for the last financial year 2023-2024

4. To receive Chairman's Report

4. To elect/appoint the New  Office Bearers for the year 2024-2025

Please note the following:

- Registration for the AGM is mandatory to ensure necessary arrangements.

Guidelines:

• Participants must follow and adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown social distancing public gathering etc. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible for actions or the consequences arising out of participant’s failure to follow any such guidelines/GR.

• Do not participate if you have any medical issues. Event organizers/promoters are not responsible for your health and safety.
