Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

In continuation to the message/notification posted here on 26th April, you are all cordially invited for the Annual General Meeting of Hubbali Bicycle Club to be held at Oaks 2 on May  15th   Morning  8 AM , to consider the agenda items given here below . All the members are requested to attend the meeting .

Agenda:

1. To confirm the proceedings of last Annual General Meeting

2. To receive Secretary’s Report

3. To consider and adopt the audited accounts of the club for the last financial year 2021-2022

4. To receive Chairman's Report

4. To elect/appoint the New  Office Bearers for the year 2022-2023

Please note only members who have paid the last year’s membership fees are eligible to attend the AGM.

Registration for the AGM is Mandatory without which you wont be allowed, since we have to make the necessary arragements.

Guidelines:

• Participants must follow and adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 guidelines/Government Rules (GR) that the Government of India or the respective State Government/s enforce with regards to public lockdown social distancing public gathering etc. The Event promoters/their employees/Event Sponsors/Event Partners/their associates will not be responsible for actions or the consequences arising out of participant’s failure to follow any such guidelines/GR.

• Do not participate if you have any medical issues. Event organizers/promoters are not responsible for your health and safety.
